At IIQ Mechanical (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality mechanical and equipment solutions. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Standard Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • All original packaging must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of large-scale equipment.

This fee covers:

  • Product inspection
  • Repackaging
  • Warehouse handling and logistics

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and final sale, unless they are defective:

  • Custom-built walk-in units
  • “Special Order” products

These items are manufactured or sourced specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse locations in:

  • Chicago Ridge
  • Oak Lawn

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Freight Claims

Because we ship equipment nationwide, we take extreme care in packaging and crating all items.

Important:
Customers must inspect all deliveries for freight damage before signing the Bill of Lading.

  • Any visible damage must be clearly noted at the time of delivery
  • Failure to report damage immediately may result in denial of claims

Only properly documented damage at delivery will qualify for:

  • Full replacement, or
  • Refund

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
